The Queen Of The Turf Stakes is a Group 1 Australian thoroughbred horse race for 3 year olds and over fillies and mares. It is a quality handicap race, run over a distance of 1500 metres at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, Sydney in April. Prizemoney in 2004 was $AUD140,000.

1972 was run over 8 furlongs (approx 1600m).
1972 - 1978 held as a principle race.
1979 - 1984 held as a listed race.
1985 - 1990 held as a group 3 race.
1991 - 2004 held as a group 2 race.
2005 onwards held as a group 1 race.
