Queen Vexus is a fictional character featured in the Nickelodeon animated series My Life as a Teenage Robot. She is the evil ruler of the Cluster, and former ruler of its homeworld, Cluster Prime. She seeks to enslave the world. Like protagonist Jenny Wakeman, she is a robot. She has the seductive appearance of a queen bee or a wasp. She also (as all of his generals) has Egyptian-like textures.

Due to her envy of Jenny's technology and capabilities, Vexus wants to make Jenny a part of her kingdom, but most of her plans fail. She has a daughter, Vega, who deposed her as ruler of Cluster Prime.

In one episode, she changes into a different robot and calls herself QT2 so she can steal Jenny's blueprints from Sheldon, who had recently took the blueprints from Dr. Wakeman.

Vexus is possibly afraid of Jenny and her power because she tends to surrender once Jenny gets a new or better weapon, which may explain why she tries so hard to induct Jenny into the Cluster.

In the episode "Escaping from Cluster Prime" it is revealed that she has a daughter. Queen Vexus also lost her position as ruler of Cluster Prime after a rebellion led by Jenny in this episode.

She was last seen on a Garbage Dump Asteroid in the season three episode "Trash Talk" where she attempted to drain Jenny of her energy. It is not known if Vexus will make any future appearances beyond this episode.

Vexus's voice is provided by Eartha Kitt, who, fittingly, is also the voice of Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove.
