Autoroute 85 or A-85 is a short autoroute located near Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec, Canada. Once completed it will replace Route 185 as the main road link between Autoroute 20 and New Brunswick and will be 98 kilometres long.

The first portion of the autoroute was opened on December 9, 2005. The northern half of that portion was built to autoroute standards decades ago but was until then signed as Route 185.

Autoroute 85 is part of the Trans-Canada Highway, but is considered as a south/north axis by Transport Quebec because it runs perpendicular with the Saint Lawrence River.
