[edit] A note on my language skills

I used to be fluent in English, but it's been a couple of years since I last had the chance to actually speak it. So if I do make mistakes, don't hesitate to tell me, I'm eager to improve my English back to the level I had a few years ago.

Born 1981 in Bonn, currently a student at the University of Bonn. Previous education at a private Gymnasium in Bad Godesberg. I also spent six months at Lassen High School, Susanville, California. Prior to attending university, I served ten months in the Bundeswehr signals corps.

My first edit in de.wikipedia was in May 2004. Since then I submitted about 1,700 edits. Additionally I uploaded several images to the Commons and did a couple of edits on en.wikipedia under various IP-adresses.
