Quakers Hill is a station on the CityRail Richmond line. It serves a residential community. Until the line from Marayong was duplicated, the station had a crossing loop using up and down working. Several bus services provide connection services to extend the service area. Quakers hill is two stations away from Blacktown and this has a connecting line through Mt Druitt to Penrith.

Access from the elevated concourse to the island platform is via two extended flights of stairs so this station does not provide easy access.

Quakers Hill is also the terminus of one Cumberland Line train from Campbelltown each weekday morning.
