The Quad City Mallards' logo

The Quad City Mallards are an ice hockey team, owned by Victory Sports Group, LLC, that began play in 1995-1996. They are a member of the United Hockey League. The Mallards play their home games at The MARK of the Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois. The team colors are forest green and burgundy.

Historically, the Mallards have enjoyed heated and spirited rivalries with competitors from Michigan, the Flint Generals and Muskegon Fury. A new rivalry developed in the late 1990s, when the Thunder Bay, Ontario franchise moved to Rockford, Illinois and became the Rockford IceHogs.
