Qenan Al-Ghamdi

Mr Qenan Al-Ghamdi (Arabic: قينان الغامدي) is a Saudi-Arabian liberal journalist. former editor in chief of Al-Watan(Arabic: جريدة الوطن السعودية) a popular newspaper based in the south of Saudi Arabia. Best known for his articles that criticise the islamic fundamentalism. and his liberal views on the political and social reform of the country. Mr Al-Ghamdi was the third editor in chief to be sacked by the pressure of cleric conservatives.
