By promotion of our National Blocklist we will encourage email marketers to comply reducing unwanted emails by the billions!!

We will be investing close to 2 Million dollars to promote this program in the United States including television commercials.

The United States has laws pertaining to SPAM and its time they are followed.

We have also set up a legal fund to file lawsuits against those that do not comply and hosting companies that support or participate in boycotts and unethical policies in the listing of any person or business.

Spam-Court.US will be a committee consisting of some of the top Internet lawyers in the United States.

Everyone will be given a fair opportunity to provide evidence pertaining to thier guilt or innocence prior to the time an official listing is submitted.

We plan to work with United States Law Agencies to prosecute offenders who violated State and or Federal law. We will monitor the compliance of all who receive email in the United States!

The entire above content is absolute Garbage. This is a spammer squealing because his spamdom is falling down around his ears. Blacklisting anyone on the net is fine. It is cooperative, not compulsary. The nutty idea of a 'do not mail list' has been beat to death in the abuse discussion groups.
