We are going to set the benchmark in the Anti-Spam Movement. We have created a National Email Removal Databank.
Blackmailing ISP's is illegal and blacklists unconstitutional. Secret organizations have corrupted the system to benefit themselves directly and controlling the Internet in the process!
By promotion of our National Blocklist we will encourage email marketers to comply reducing unwanted emails by the billions!!

The United States has laws pertaining to SPAM and its time they are followed.
We have also set up a legal fund to file lawsuits against those that do not comply and hosting companies that support or participate in boycotts and unethical policies in the listing of any person or business.

The entire above content is absolute Garbage. This is a spammer squealing because his spamdom is falling down around his ears. Blacklisting anyone on the net is fine. It is cooperative, not compulsary. The nutty idea of a 'do not mail list' has been beat to death in the abuse discussion groups.
