Pyrazine is a symmetrical molecule. it is found in vitamin B-10 in the form of pteridine. Derivatives like Phenazine are well known for their antitumor, antibiotic and diuretic activity. Pyrazine is less basic in nature than pyridine, pyridazine and pyrimidine.
