Pyramid Party of India, a political party in India founded in 1999. The founder president of the party is Brahmarshi Subhash Patriji.

PPI claims to work to spiritual enlighment and that only enlightened people should hold office. It requires that the candidates of the party should be educates and vegetarians.

Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement was started by Brahmarshi Patriji in the year 1990, with the sole mission of creating intense awareness amongst all the people of the world about the Science of Meditation and its primary role in providing Physical, Mental and Intellectual Health and Well-being to all. Brahmarshi Patriji’s dedicated efforts, since 1992, have resulted in hundreds of Pyramid Spiritual Societies being established throughout India, beginning with the States of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Under the auspices of the Pyramid Spiritual Societies movement, thousands of Pyramid Meditation Centres have been started in several places. Pyramid Spiritual Societies and Pyramid Meditation Centres serve individuals in their quest for spiritual wisdom and right living.

Meditation is the finest way to increase one's personal energy. Meditation is easy and not difficult as usually thought to be. It is a knack, which can be mastered by anyone and everyone with regular practice. Meditation begins with 'Ana-pana-sati'.

Meditation is taught in all the Meditation Centres free of cost ! The Meditation Centres have helped millions of meditators to find Peace, Health and Balance in their personal lives. Thousands of meditators have become Enlightened Masters.

Meditation is the only way to achieve Health of Body, Peace of Mind, Right Intellect and Enlightenment. There is no other way to achieve them ! Meditation is neither prayer, nor chanting mantras, nor indulging in contemplation ! Meditation is the process of silencing the mind.

As a person's mind is, so is his or her life.

If the mind is lethargic or incapable of concentration or turbulent, then the person having such a mind will have a life of total dissatisfaction. In order to lead a content and happy life, one should have a sober and well cultivated mind.

THE SCIENCE OF MEDITATION

Knowledge about The Science of Meditation is must for every human being to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. Humanity’s well-being depends absolutely upon the understanding of the Science of Meditation.

THE THREE GREAT LAWS OF THE SCIENCE OF MEDITATION

FIRST GREAT LAW OF MEDITATION " When we are with the breath, the mind becomes empty ! " SECOND GREAT LAW OF MEDITATION " When the mind becomes empty, huge amount of cosmic energy floods into the physical body ! "

THIRD GREAT LAW OF MEDITATION " When the physical body is saturated with cosmic energy, the third eye potential becomes kinetic ! "

Pyramids are store-houses of energy drawn from the Universe. Pyramidal structures with proper angles and alignment have healing and preservative properties. Meditation is thrice more powerful when done inside a Pyramid. Maitreya-Buddha Dhyana Vidya Vishwalayam, near Bangalore City, India, is the Headquarters of The Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement. As the central piece of the Vishwalayam, a mega pyramid called Maitreya-Buddha Pyramid, having a base area of 25,600 sft … that is 160’ X 160’ … is being constructed.

ANAPANASATI MEDITATION

In Ancient Pali language...

'ana'... means 'in-breath'

'apana' means 'out-breath'

'sati' means 'be-one-with'

Therefore, the total word... ANAPANASATI... means... to keep one's total attention and awareness only on one's normal breathing process. No mantra is to be chanted ! No form of any deity is to be entertained ! No pranayama practices... like kumbhaka... i.e. holding the breath... should be attempted.

Meditation should be undertaken... every day... regularly. Any time... and any place... is right for Meditation.

Any comfortable sitting posture can be taken. Spine should be as comfortable as possible. Hands should be clasped... and eyes should be closed.

The crux of the matter is to resist the routine wanderings of the mind. Thoughts should be cut right away, as and when they keep arising. Attention of the mind should constantly be brought back to the chosen task on hand... i.e.,... conscious observation of the breath.

PROCESS OF ANAPANASATI MEDITATION

Close your eyes and relax your body.... take all the time you need to get comfortable ..... shift muscles ..... stretch and relax ..... make sure your spine and neck are not held stiffly... there is no stiffness here ..... just comfort, the beginning of calm ..... there is no hurry now ..... there is nothing else to do..... or think about ..... just relax.

notice your breath ..... inhale slowly ...... exhale slowly..... let your breath sink in and out ..... your breath is a rhythm of calm..... follow your breath..... be still..... be your breath..... use your mind to follow your breath ..... in ..... out..... in ..... out..... that is all..... be your breath..... be your breath..... be still..... be still..... be still..... be still.....

One should sit for a minimum of so many minutes as corresponding to the age of the person, in terms of the years. If a person is aged ten years, the minimum time required to still the restless waves of the mind... for that particular ten year old boy or girl... is ten minutes. Similarly, if the age of a boy or girl is fifteen years, then the minimum time required to still the restless waves of the mind is fifteen minutes. If the age of a person is forty, then the person should meditate for a minimum of forty minutes per session.

The above indicates only the minimum time... which is a must... for any beginner in meditation. However, for a more serious seeker, more time should invariably be allocated.

NATURAL BREATH

The Essential Principle of Taoism says ...

" Easy is Right, Right is Easy ! " " Easy is Natural, Natural is Easy ! Natural is Right, Right is Natural !

Physical body has its own natural and easy rhythm of the breath. In meditation, the mind has to become totally attuned to the normal rhythmic nature of the breath of the physical body.

" The fact is that when we focus on the breath, we are focusing on the life force. Life begins with our first breath and will end after our last. To contemplate breathing is to contemplate life itself. The instruction is to be aware of the simple sesation, the in-breath and the out-breath. The instruction is to allow the breathing to follow its own nature, to breathe itself. We are not trying to make the breath deep or keep it shallow. We are seeing how it is. "

" This practice is an open invitation for everything inside you to come up. The ultimate goal is to allow everything to come up, with all its energy. The breath is a whole world. The breath is a superb aid in helping us to stay in the present moment. "

" Do not expect to read about the power and strength of the spiritual revolution in the controlled newspapers, nor will the hot-line news shows make it the number one story. You must trust and tune in, and listen to your own form of communication, and then you will know and thrive. "
