Pusa Polytechnic's Entrance Gate

Pusa Polytechnic is one of the oldest institutes, established during 1962. During a span of 43 years of its existence this institute has established its reputation among technology industry and in the Society. It is very popular amongst the students of Delhi region as well as other States of India. Pusa Polytechnic is affiliated to the Board of Technical Education (BTE), New Delhi. It provides Diploma and Post Grad Diploma level technical education to its students.

The other activities in which Polytechnic is involved are Games, NCC, Community Services (Community Polytechnic. It has various facilities such as Boys Hostel, Canteen etc.

Pusa Polytechnic has a very good placement record over last many years. A large number of companies come for the campus interview. This polytechnic has well qualified staff as per AICTE norms and AICTE pay scales/ service conditions have been implemented. In this Institute the age of retirement for the teaching staff has been enhanced to 62 years. Pusa Polytechnic has implemented Community Polytechnic scheme of MHRD Govt. of India and Stree Shakti Camps are attended by the staff of the Institute.

The students of Pusa Polytechnic and other institutes in Pusa Campus have often been reffered to as Pusaites
