Puntarenas F.C. S.A.D. is a Costa Rican football club, currently competing in the Primera División de Costa Rica. The team plays its home games in the Estadio Miguel "Lito" Pérez in Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
The club was founded in 2004, and is basically a spinoff of the Municipal Puntarenas which until 2002 had spent 23 seasons in the first division. The team won the first division in the 1985/86 season, and have finished second three more times.
