Punk Rock 101 is a song by Texas pop-punk band Bowling For Soup. It appeared on the second release of their 2002 album Drunk Enough to Dance. It also appeared on the video game NHL 2004. It also appeared on the film Zoom.

  • The lyric "Like Tommy and Gina/They're living on a prayer" is a reference to Bon Jovi's classic hit Livin' on a Prayer.
  • "It's stupid, contagious" is a reference to lyrics from Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit". ("I feel stupid and contagious")
