Is All Souls Day really a public holiday in Belgium? [1] and [2] seem to say the opposite. On the contrary, should November 15 be added for civil servants (as far as I understand)? --Edcolins 17:00, Jul 6, 2004 (UTC)
I thought that schools, banks and shops are closed on November 2nd, but now you have blurried my memories and am no longer sure about the shops. I couldn't find any good lists of shops' closing dates on the net, so now I'm not sure. We should however add November 15th as governmental services shut down for a day (not banks and shops, so it's a different kind of holiday).
