The first thing to do is to add the {{BTGProject}} template to the article's talk page, then, optionally, list the article here. This list is generated semi-automatically (that is, by copying and pasting some stuff into vim and doing some :%s magic, "when i feel like it") and if the template isn't on the article's talk page, it will disappear when i regenerate the list.
