In this episode Raven has a vision of a guy called Tyler showing her a flipbook in which she appears . When she sees Tyler his scruffy and she asks him if she can do a makeover he agrees. Raven,Chealsea and Eddie give Yyler a makeover when he is finished his style has changed but in the episode she say's they just want to be friends but when she see's him now she see's the new him she immediatly likes him. Then he starts to go out with a girl called Vicky and she hears they will be going out to a restruant and she and Chealsea follow them. Knowing Raven she dresses up as a belly dancer and try's to seduce Tyler but it's no use. The next day she decides she has to get over him. At the last moment Tyler takes out his flipbook and looks at raven and realises it was never meant to be.
