I have proposed that ClarkConnect be deleted; this appears to be an article about a non-notable piece of software. For guidelines on what makes an article topic acceptable, see WP:N for the concept of "notability" and WP:V for "verifiability" and also WP:SOFTWARE for a developing community consensus on when software is notable.
