Psammuthes
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Psammuthes was an Egyptian Pharaoh of the Twenty-ninth dynasty during 393 BC. Upon the death of Nepherites I, two rival factions fought for the throne: one behind Muthis son of Nefaarud, and the other supporting Psammuthes; although Psammuthes was successful, he only managed to reign for a year.
