I have propsed merging Theatrical properties into this article. My reasons are:

• There should obviously be only one article to cover this topics.
• Theatrical properties is in the plural form and so shouldn't be used anyway.
• The Prop article contains more information.
• The abbreviation Prop is perhaps more readily associated with theatre than Property, by the general public and wikipedia users.
• This page is easier to link to - in fact many more wikipedia articles link to this page than the other.
