The existing page at Profit (real estate) is much the better article, but it is clear the two articles are about the same thing (profits a prendre) and they should be merged.

I am suggesting that the correct place for them to go is under the heading profit a prendre because:

  • it avoids overloading the term profit - otherwise readers have to use a disambiguation page
  • profit is short for profit a prendre, and it is probably sensible to use the whole phrase as the page title, even if it is pointed to by redirects etc

I agree - the existing Profits page is much better, however the two should be merged. Not all those looking up these two terms are aware of their interchangeability.
