Talk:Problem domain

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Urgent please. I had created a link from Object-Oriented Modeling. The definition here does not serve the reader of the Source page. Would the author here consider further addition to serve a target audience of Beginner Programmer. Thanks.Connection 12:24, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

In OOM, the term Problem domain is not defined per se. However, it is understood as the area of expertise or application that needs modeling. It requires a Problem domain Expert. Not necessarily "mappings into a set of ranges including itself are not well enough understood" is the case. It is for the Modeler, not the Problem domain Expert. May be this bit of clarification is only what is needed to be added on the Article Page.Connection 12:24, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
