Provincial Highway No. 74 (Taiwan)

Provincial Highway No. 74 is an expressway, which begins in Changhua City on Jhangnan Road (Provincial Highway No. 14) of and ends in Taichung City at the intersection of Songjhu Road and Huanjhong Road. It is commonly known as Jhongjhang Expressway.

The total length is 16.1 km.

- National Highway No. 3 at Kuaiguan IC. in Changhua City
- There is no direct connection with National Highway No. 1. However, it is very close to Daya IC., Taichung IC., and Nantun IC. of National Highway No. 1. A short link just south of the Nantun Interchange has been completed, but has not yet been opened. It will also provide direct access to the new High Speed Rail Station.

There is a spur (No. 74A) from the southern end of No. 74 to connect the Provincial Highway No. 1 in Huatan, Changhua.

The original plan has a western section between Jhangbin Industrial Park and Hemei, Changhua. The exact route has never been determined.
