Protoblood is a fictional substance on the science fiction series LEXX.

Protoblood, is a substance secreted by the Gigashadow, and its offspring, that gives the ability with one drop in the mouth, to resurrected the dead for a short time. It was used by His Divine Shadow, as a means of created undead Divine Assassins, such as Kai who would kill anyone who opposed him, since it makes them nearly indestructable.
