Professor Quack is the gadget master in the Spy Fox series of games. He is the creater of the Spy Corps gadgets. He appears in all three games in the Mobile Command Centers along with Monkey Penny. He explains what a gadget does to Spy Fox and is caught eating the blueprint as a joke. In the arcade game Spy Fox in Cheesey Chase, Professor Quack deploys Spy Fox scooter, boat, or plain. He is never seen outside the Mobile Command Center.
