Based by chair-man Guy Cloutier in Montreal, Quebec in 1969, Productions Guy Cloutier is a Quebec-based record label, a television production company, a normal video production company, a CD and book marketing company and a publishing company. First-based on Sherbrooke street starting its fundation, in 1993 it moved to Saint-Laurent boulevard and was renamed PGC Communications Inc. with its divisions of Video, Music, Television, Publishing and Marketing. Then in 1995 it was renamed Guy Cloutier Communications. They always read Licensed by Guy Cloutier Communications on their CD design.
