Proclus (heretic)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Proclus, Proklos (Greek: Πρόκλος), or Proculus is the name of a follower of Montanus in antiquity. He probably lived in the 2nd century. A sect of heretics, the Procliani, were named after him; the Procliani were deemed bad enough to require rebaptizing if they returned to the church (Fabric., Bibl. Graec. 9.366).
