Procapitalism is a political party based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Kitzbühel, Austria. Berlin, Germany. Strasbourg, France. Huntingdon, (cambs). and Dundalk, ROI. Its philosophy is based on laissez-faire capitalism.

Procapitalism is led by Charles Smyth. He is an engineer and a writer of fiction, technical and political documents. Procapitalism claim to be in communication with: Senator Edward Kennedy, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Vice-President Dick Cheney, United States Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel, and from Liberté, J’Ecris Ton Nom: Sabine Herold.

Because of the ever growing necessity of a a harmonious EU which can be both a significant single market for its members and be competitive in the face of the growing economies of India and China, a pan-European party which holds that free trade and the proper upholding of property rights is more important than an expansion of the beaureaucracy that serves to impede economic opportunities and which also keeps the poorer members of European society from raising their living standards and prospects.

Procapitalism is the first of the often suggested breed of pan-European parties to set out its philosophy, and specify why its philosophy is a proper counter to the ineffective and self-defeating socialist and fascist philosophies of its more nationally orientated EU contemporaries. Some may find it of interest that Procapitalism's philosophy is based on the writings and teachings of the Austrian economist Ludwig von Mises who fled Nazi occupied Austria, and took up residence in America.

Procapitalism also holds that countries of the Mediterranean-rim, such as Israel, would be fit and proper inclusions to the EU. Not such a wild idea when one is reminded of the fact that many of the Mediterranean-rim countries including Turkey were once a part of the long defunct Roman empire, which could be regarded as a proto-EU, but which spectacularly failed due to massive corruption in consort with poor moral and ethical standards, the contemporary expression of which threaten the viability of the present EU, interminably mired in EU commission scandals featuring nepotism, graft and kickbacks.

As of October 2005, Procapitalism is also engaged in developing its American counterpart, Procapitalism U.S.A. with like-minded American citizens. Since June 2006, the leadership of Procapitalism U.S.A. includes Sarah Beth Cole and Peter McCandless.
