This illustration is of a poster drawn by an anonymous artist, date unknown, during World War II. It illustrates anti-Japanese propaganda created during World War II in America, perpetuating the stereotype of the dangerous sexually predatory Asian man, a menace to White women.
Rationale for fair use:

- it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
