Silvia Priscila Perales Elizondo (born February 24, 1983 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico) represened her country in is the Miss Universe 2006 pageant.

Before her participation in the national pageant Nuestra Belleza Mexico, Priscila Perales, who stands 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) tall, attended the 6th semester of Sciences and Communication in the University of Monterrey and was also doing part time runway modeling. In 2004, she participated in her state pageant and placed first runner-up. Not satisfied with being second place, Perales competed for the state title once again the following year and successfully became that states representative to national pageant, held September 2, 2005 in the state of Aguascalientes.

Priscila obtained the title of Miss Mexico Universe and obtained the right to represent her country in the 2006 Miss Universe pageant. After winning the national pageant title she moved to Mexico City to start the training that the National Organization offers to improve her performance at an international level. She also participated in social and charity events with the Nuestra Belleza Organization and The Televisa Foundation helping abused children. On July 23, 2006, Priscila competed in Miss Universe and became a finalist, competing in swimsuit and evening gown in Los Angeles, California, USA. On September 2, 2006, Priscila Perales was succeeded by Rosa María Ojeda of the state of Sinaloa.
