Priolo Gargallo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Syracuse in the Italian region Sicily, located about 190 km southeast of Palermo and about 13 km northwest of Syracuse. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 12,009 and an area of 57.6 km2.[1]
