Principal Victoria is a fictional character in the animated series South Park. She is the principal of South Park Elementary. Her name is a play on Victoria Principal. Being principal she tends to interfere with matters like changing Cartman's Halloween costume. She has blonde hair and glasses and is usually shown with Mr. Mackey. In the episode Sexual Harassment Panda she stated that she killed someone when she had to make a speech in court. The court appearance was completely unrelated to her killing anyone, however, she said "I hit him over the head and buried him" and she then broke into tears.

In the episode 4th Grade when Mr. Garrison admitted he was gay and wanted to teach the 3rd grade class again, Principal Victoria stated that the school didn't hire gay teachers, indicating that she may be homophobic. Although after new laws regarding homosexuals were passed she gave Garrison his job back in The Death Camp of Tolerance. She then said if the school fired him again he could sue the school for millions. Mr. Garrison then tried to get fired by overtly gay (and rather perverted) conduct in the classroom but everyone (except the children) thought he was courageous for being "out". After it was revealed that he was intentionally trying to get fired he was sent to the camp.

Principal Victoria could be the mother of Cartman as shown in Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut/Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut when it was revealed Mrs. Cartman was a "hermaphrodite" and she had sex with a woman. It was never revealed who so this debate continues. She is possibly from Minnesota. She even mentioned Minnesota in The Death Camp of Tolerance. Her appearance is based on that of South Park producer Debbie Liebling.

Victoria apparently has taken drugs and may be suicidal; she notes in the episode Helen Keller: The Musical that she would put a bullet in her head if she had to watch the show again, but got really stoned to forget her vow.
