Princess Morbucks is a fictional character featured in the animated series The Powerpuff Girls. She has a reputation for being rebellious to the three Powerpuff Girls and their fans.

Princess is a spoiled rich girl whose father gives her anything she wants without end. When she moved to Townsville and met the Powerpuff Girls (in her premiere episode Stuck Up, Up, and Away, she immediately wanted to become a superhero. But because she did not have any super powers or the intelligence to invent crime-fighting gadgets, she simply convinced her father to buy her things like rockets packs and a superhero suit. The Powerpuff Girls rejected her as a hero, and she has since tried to upstage them to become popular. Princess would even team up with the villains of Townsville to defeat the Powerpuff Girls. However, all she wants is to be the Girls' best friend.

In the episode "Boy Toys", upon seeing the RowdyRuff boys fight the Powerpuff Girls, she asks to join them, but is rejected for being a girl. She persuades the girls to let her help them defeat the Rowdyruff boys, but she doesn't get the results she wants. In this episode she is shown to have a warehouse containing a plane, boat, tank and various weapons, and when asked (by the Powerpuff Girls) how she aquired them, she replies "I made them! To destroy you, but that's not important right now -".

Princess was created as a humorous portrayal of a spoiled, corrupted version of the main character in the musical Annie. She is also based on Veruca Salt, hence her normal outfit and bratty attitude.

Unlike the original version, Princess, of whom was hit by one of the black lights, requires a transformation sequence in order to gave her powers like the girls. In her case, the activation is made by the sound of her cat screeching, usually as a result of accidentally squeezing her tail. Though she retains her spoiled attitude and her inner desire to be friends with the girls, in her normal state is not a villain. These feeling become intensified when she transforms to the point of being "mentality unstable," becoming more like the original in terms of villainry. In her normal state, she retains the hairstyle of the original, but sports a large afro when transformed and is given the name Himeko, which means "princess child" in Japanese. Her last name Shirogane means "platinum" in Japanese. Platinum is a metal used to make coins; thus, money. Platinum is also a very valuable metal even worth more than gold; which could be sold for more money.
