Marguerite, Princess of Bourbon-Parma (Bernstorff, Denmark 17 September 1895 - Copenhagen 18 September 1992) was a Danish princess and wife of Prince René of Bourbon-Parma.
Her parents were Prince Valdemar of Denmark, youngest son of Louise of Hesse and Christian IX of Denmark, and Marie of Orleans.
She married a catholic prince, her mother's kinsman, René of Bourbon-Parma, third-youngest son (and the seventh surviving son) of the brood of Robert I, Duke of Parma, who was brother of Empress Zita of Austria and Felix, consort of Luxembourg's grand duchess.
The family was relatively poor. They chiefly resided in France. In 1939 the family fled from the Nazis and escaped to Spain. From there they went on to Portugal and then to the United States of America.
Her daughter Anne of Bourbon-Parma married the deposed king Michael I of Romania in 1948. René and Margrethe have also three sons.
