Princess Changping

Princess Chángpíng (Traditional Chinese: 長平公主; Simplified Chinese: 长平公主) (c. 1629–September 26, 1646), birth name Zhū Huīchuò (Chinese: 朱徽娖), is the second daughter and the only daughter survival to adult of Chongzhen Emperor.
Changping was the last princess of Ming Dynasty. His father, Chongzhen Emperor chose Zhou Xian as her husband, but because of the destruction of the Ming Dynasty, Chongzhen amputated Changping's left arm and committed suicide. In 1645, Changping asked the Shunzhi Emperor of Qing Dynasty for permission to be a nun. The emperor refused and married her with Zhou Xian. She died one year after the marriage.
