Prince Abubakar Audu is from Kogi State, Nigeria. He is a former governor of the state in the Obasanjo regime from 1999 to 2003. He also was the first executive governor of the state in the early nineties.He is presently being charged with alleged misappropiation of funds while in office.He was arrainged before a lokoja high court early December 2006 where he was brought in by officials of the EFCC in handcuffs.
