Primer 55
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Primer 55 is a nu metal/rapcore music group from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 1997.
Influenced by the bold rapcore grooves of such bands as Crazy Town, Pillar and Limp Bizkit, they would release two full-length albums, Introduction to Mayhem (2000) and The New Release (2001) via Island Records before disbanding the following year.
On July 26, 2006, Bobby Burns (current Soulfly bassist) posted on Primer 55's MySpace blog that he was writing some new music with vocalist Jason Luttrell, which they planned on recording towards the end of the year. [1]
