Frankie J returns with his third solo album Priceless released on October 17, 2006, which includes the hot single "That Girl," featuring Chamillionaire in addition to stand out tracks like "Top of the Line" with Slim from 112, the title track "Priceless," as well as many others. Album includes production from Mannie Fresh (Young Jeezy, T.I., Lil Wayne, Juvenile), DJ Clue (Nas, Foxy Brown, Mase), Bryan Michael Cox (Mariah Carey, Usher, Mary J. Blige), Stargate (Ne-Yo, Mario, Nelly), Play 'N' Skillz (Chamillionaire, Lil' Jon, Paul Wall, Lil' Flip), and Happy Perez (Baby Bash).

Priceless did awful comparing it to Frankie's 2004 platinum success The One which debuted at number 3. This album debuted at #30 selling nearly 26,000 copies, then bombed miserably, staying on the Billboard 200 Albums charts for only 3 weeks. As of the week of 12/12/2006, the album has sold 58,450 copies.
