PRIDE Shockwave 2004 was a mixed martial arts event held by PRIDE Fighting Championships. The event took place at the Saitama Super Arena on December 31st, 2004. This event held the final bout of the 2004 Heavyweight Grand Prix because it had ended in a no contest at the Final Conflict event back in August.
