PRIDE Critical Countdown 2005 was a mixed martial arts event held by the PRIDE Fighting Championships. This event held the second round of the PRIDE Middleweryweight tournament. It took place at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, on June 26th, 2005.
