Bloody Roar: Primal Fury, also known as Bloody Roar Extreme in Japan, is a brawler video game developed by Eighting in 2002. It is an updated version of the PlayStation 2 game, Bloody Roar 3.

- There is a near replica version of this game ported to the Xbox under the original Japanese name.
- The game was given a "T" rating instead of an "M" rating because the blood usually found in the series was replaced with purple flashes of light.
- The cheats options isn't a new feature but was introduced first in Bloody Roar 2, though Primal Fury updates on the options.
- The bonus character, Fang, was not included in the Western Nintendo Gamecube release though he was included in the Japanese version, and also the Western and Japanese port on the Xbox.
