Just started the article, too tired to finish it tonight... I'll get back to it tomorrow. I would like to expand this further and ensure NPOV by talking about the benefits of PPD-25; its also hard for me to do that because I spent a whole year debating why PDD-25 was the worst thing ever created, but I will try my best. I am also going to see if there are other significant executive orders that need articles made. It would be cool to make a whole new section of articles dedicated to the topic.
