Talk:President's Relief Fund (Pakistan)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

We all know that there is a great need of shelter and excavation machinery in the quake hit areas. I couldnt find anywhre to take my opinion so i m writing it here.

There is a very functional and friendly solution to both these issues in my mind. Rather than asking for convetnional tents the Government of Pakistan should demand inflatable domes that could cover huge areas and can provide instant shelter for hunderds aganist the weather. It is light and easy to transport and is easy to set up. it is also safe in case there are further tremors and looks friendly to the mentally shocked population against masonry structures.

For the matter of moving debris i advise that specific inflatable pads be brought in that could be put under huge slabs and then pumped up to raise the mass just a few inches, enouhg to get the finer debris cleared up and pull the victims out.

if such inflatables cannot be arranged than normal tyre tubes(the type used in vehicles) can be incorporated to do the same task.
