Presunto is the name given to dry-cured Portuguese ham.

There is a wide variety of presuntos in Portugal; among the most famous are Presunto from Chaves and Presunto Pata-Negra (made from Porco-ibérico). It is usually served in thin slices.

A wet-cured ham called fiambre is more common in everyday meals.
