IMDb profile

Presumed Innocent is a 1990 film adaptation of a best-selling novel by Scott Turow, which tells a story of a prosecutor charged with the murder of his colleague.

Throughout the film, even seeing events from Sabich's point of view, it is difficult for the viewer to discern the truth about what happened - did he or didn't he commit murder? Only at the end of the film is some light shed on the answer.

The film stars Harrison Ford as Rusty Sabich, Brian Dennehy, Raul Julia as Sandy Stern the defence lawyer, Bonnie Bedelia, Paul Winfield, Greta Scacchi, John Spencer, Joe Grifasi, Tom Mardirosian, Anna Maria Horsford, Sab Shimono, Bradley Whitford, Christine Estabrook, Michael Tolan and was directed by Alan J. Pakula. The running time is 127 minutes. It was rated R.
