Premorbid personality

A premorbid personality is not defined by DSM-III-R. It appears to be a characteristic of patients with Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. It refers to pre-death and suggests suicidal thinking or expectation of death.
Cluster A (Odd): Schizotypal, Schizoid, Paranoid
Cluster B (Dramatic): Antisocial, Borderline, Histrionic, Narcissistic
Cluster C (Anxious): Dependent, Obsessive-Compulsive, Avoidant
