Premie can refer to:

  • a baby born in a premature birth. Premature babies are sometimes called preemies.
  • the name given in India to a follower of Prem Rawat (main article), also known as Maharaji. Until the early 1990s it was also the name of his followers in the West. The name was then replaced by students or People with Knowledge (PWK) but Prem Rawat still uses it occasionally, at least until 1999. [1]
