Premana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 70 km northeast of Milan and about 20 km north of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,285 and an area of 33.7 km².^[1]

Premana borders the following municipalities: Casargo, Delebio, Gerola Alta, Introbio, Pagnona, Pedesina, Primaluna, Rogolo.
