Headquartered in Los Angeles, with branch offices in Arcadia, California, Alhambra, California, Century City, Los Angeles, California, Chino, California, Diamond Bar, California, Industry, California, Irvine, California, Santa Monica, California, Torrance, California, and Valencia, Santa Clarita, California, this publicly-held community bank was first established in December 23, 1991.
