The colors in this image are for illustration purpose only, the real pool sheet is never colored.

  • White circle in the middle is used to write the agreed bid value per whist point, as well as pool value - the number of pool points each player needs to get during the game.
  • Dark colored rectangular area around the center is called the mountain (Russian: Гора). The area is colored red for player A, green for player B, blue for player C.
  • Lighter colored area just outside the mountain is called pool (Russian: Пуля). Same colors are used.
  • The outtermost area near the edges is called whists (Russian: Висты). The colors represent areas each player uses to write whist points on each of his/her opponents.
