Prange Way was a chain of discount stores owned by the H.C. Prange Co. of Sheboygan, Wisconsin which began as a Filene's Basement-type discount shop in the basement of the flagship Prange building, in 1911, then became a discount retailer in the vein of Kmart, Wal-Mart and Target. They had many locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan. The chain was reported to have gone bankrupt in 1997.

- Appleton, Wisconsin (2): Downtown location in basement of Prange's. West College Avenue location is a stand-alone store anchoring the Marketplace Shopping Center. The Marketplaze location is currently split between a Big Lots and Gold's Gym.
- Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin: Prange's store was the anchor for the Chippewa Mall, it has now been rebuilt as a movie theater.
- Eau Claire, Wisconsin: London Square Mall - Prange's store replaced by Younkers, Prange Way store remained empty until the London Square Mall was demolished (shortly after Younkers opened its Oakwood Mall location). A HOM Furniture store now stands on the site.
- Fond du Lac, Wisconsin: Forest Mall - Replaced by Sears.
- Green Bay, Wisconsin: Green Bay Plaza - Now a Linens 'n Things and TJ Maxx.
- Green Bay, Wisconsin: Downtown - The first Green Bay location - 4th Floor of the HC Prange building -later attached to the Port Plaza Mall - Closed in the early 90's and moved to ETM (below)].
- Green Bay, Wisconsin: East Town Mall - Divided into Kohl's and OfficeMax (OfficeMax uses the former Prange Way entrance).
- Lake Geneva, Wisconsin: Geneva Square - After a four year hiatus, became an Aurora Health Care clinic in 2000, which still stands today.
- Madison, Wisconsin: East Towne Mall - co-located with Prange's store. Prange's expanded into Prange Way space before Younkers conversion.
- Madison, Wisconsin: West Towne Mall - co-located with Prange's store. Prange Way would relocate to a strip mall behind West Towne in 1988. Their space is currently split between a Best Buy and other big-box type stores.
- Madison, Wisconsin: Sherman Plaza.
- Marinette, Wisconsin: Pine Tree Mall - became Wal-Mart in the mid 1990s.
- Manitowoc, Wisconsin: Edgelake Plaza Still vacant today.
- Monona, Wisconsin
- Oshkosh, Wisconsin: - Replaced by Carolina Designs, a candle store [now closed), a Staples Office Supply, and a Hobby Lobby store.
- Plymouth, Wisconsin: Fairfield Plaza - Currently a local furniture store.
- Rhinelander, Wisconsin: Standalone, in the fashion of Kmart. Demolished.
- Reedsburg, Wisconsin: Now occupied by Pamida.
- Sheboygan, Wisconsin (2): (flagship), Memorial Plaza - Divided into Big Lots and OfficeMax, built into the burnt-out former Arlen's discount store. Downtown Prange's basement was also a Prange Way store which closed when the building was damaged by a water main leak. The rebuilt downtown Prange's did not include a basement Prange Way.
- Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin: Cherry Point Mall - Formerly Schultz's Department Stores, now divided into Dunham's Sports, an appliance store and a wallpaper store.
- Superior, Wisconsin: Mariner Mall - Replaced by a furniture store.
- Wausau, Wisconsin: Prange Plaza - Now a Foot Locker, Inc. Call Center.
